Dr. Cain has lived in Marble Falls since 2004 and has two children that graduated from Faith Academy of Marble Falls. Dr. Cain is the ONLY orthodontic specialist in Burnet and Llano counties. Many people do not realize that a general dentist can legally perform orthodontic treatment but are not trained with the advanced education of a specialist that attends a full-time, 2 to 3 year residency after completion of dental school. After completing her residency, Dr. Cain also took the extra steps necessary to prove her commitment to excellence and achieve Board Certification by The American Board of Orthodontists. Only 5% of dentists continue their education to become an accredited Orthodontist, only a fraction of those achieve and maintain a board certification.
